Plot
A new Twin Tower building in Tokyo is being prepared for its grand opening, there are a series of murders of people connected to the towers. Conan suspects that the mysterious Black Organization may be involved. Meanwhile, the Junior Detective League, with Dr. Agasa meet up with Rachel Moore, Serena Sebastian and Richard Moore at the towers. However, there are a series of murders, and a sake cup is left as a clue by the murderer. The victims were Mr. Ooki and Mr. Hara, the hacker and game programmer. The third victim was Ms. Tokiwa Mio. After a thorough investigation, Conan realizes who the culprit is.
Before he could reveal the culprit the bombs planted by the Black Organization detonate setting the building ablaze. Groups of people evacuate the targeted tower on a glass elevator, with George, Vi, Mitch, and Amy in the first group. However the group stops on the way down for a mother and a baby so the kids give up their places for her and her child. With no other way to escape, the kids decide to run to the 60th floor. Meanwhile, Conan and Rachel are in another group of evacuees when Conan realizes Serena's similarity to Shiho Miyano and saves her before she is shot by Gin who assumed she was Shiho Miyano.
After arriving safely to the ground, Conan returns to the tower after learning that the Junior Detective League are still there and proceeds to lead them out of the tower. He separates from them and confronts the culprit for the murders who is revealed to be the elderly painter Mr. Kiseragi. Kiseragi explains that he blamed the tower employees for the construction of the tower which obstructed his view of the Fuji mountains. As Kiseragi prepares to kill himself, he is tranquilized by Conan.
They discover that a final explosion is set to occur in four minutes. With the bridges blown off and the bottom floors covered in flames, Conan decides that the only way to escape is by using the car, a Ford Mustang convertible which is rewarded to a contest winner, and combining it with the force of an explosion to propel them to a building across of them. After they manage to do so, Gin and Vodka confirm that Shiho Miyano was not at the towers and abandon their search for her once again.

Plot
On the way home, the Junior Detective League witness a policemen being killed by an unknown man. Conan Edogawa learns from the police that a killer has recently been murdering police officers in the area and that the killer has some sort of connection to the police. During a party, Simone Miwako is critically wounded by the killer. Rachel Moore having witnessed the event has become traumatized by it and as a result, has been diagnosed with retrograde amnesia. While Conan investigates the culprits motive, he links the murders to a past case where the police were unable to solve. Conan realizes the culprit was murdering officers who were planning on re-opening the case and deduces who the murderer is. The murderer, revealed to be the psychologist tending to Rachel, attempts to murder her as she saw his face when he shot Simone. Conan manages to intervene and reveals that the psychologist was once a heart surgeon that was intentionally injured by another doctor and was forced to retire. The psychologist then murdered the doctor and the police closed the case deeming it a suicide. However, upon discovering that the case would be reopened, he decided to kill the officers who were investigating the matter to protect his identity. Conan and Rachel escape from the psychologist and after a long chase, they are cornered. Rachel regains her memory just as Conan disarms the criminal. However, the psychologist manages to grab Conan and reveals a hidden knife and prepares to stab him, only to be stopped by Rachel's Karate.

PLOT
Kaitou Kid sends a riddle, warning of another heist. The police deduce that his next target is a recently discovered Fabergé egg belonging to Nicholas II of Russia, which is to be displayed in the Suzuki Modern Art Museum in Osaka on August 22. The night of the heist, Kid successfully steals the egg and flies off with it, and Conan tenaciously chases after him with Heiji. However, in the middle of the chase, Kid is shot in the right eye by an unknown assailant and apparently falls into the sea and to his death. After recovering the egg, the police fruitlessly search for Kid's body.
The next day, Conan, Ran, and Kogoro board a ship to Tokyo. They meet Natsumi Kousaka, whose great-grandfather was worked in Fabergé's factory. She shows them a part of a sketch of two eggs and a key, which were found among her late grandmother's momentos. Conan suspects that the person who shot Kaito Kid is on the ship. That night, Ryu Sagawa, a freelance photographer covering the press with news of the egg, is murdered, shot in the right eye in the same fashion as Kid. Soon after his body is discovered, Inspector Megure, along with officers Takagi and Shiratori, arrive by helicopter to inspect the crime scene. At first, they suspected Sonoko's father's servant, Mr. Nishino, but the police and Conan later conclude that the culprit is Scorpion - a mysterious killer who always shoots his victims in the right eye. A missing lifeboat hints that Scorpion has already escaped, and the passengers of the boat set off toward Yokosuka Castle, the location of Scorpion's next target: a second egg.
While exploring the castle, the group stumbles across secret passages beneath the castle. As they traverse the tunnel, Inui, an art dealer, sees a shadowy figure in one direction of the tunnels, and in his pursuit, he is shot by a silenced handgun. Delving farther into the tunnel, they find a coffin with a corpse clutching the second egg. Suddenly, the two eggs are snatched away.
At the end, Conan deduces that Scorpion is Seiran the historian. She shot in the right eye to avenge her ancestor, Rasputin, whose body was found with an eye missing. She attempts to kill him with her last bullet, but the bullet ricochets off the bulletproof glass on Conan's glasses installed by the professor. As Conan kicks a piece of rubble, she reloads and is about to fire when a playing card knocks the gun out of her hands. Conan then knocks her out with the rubble. Shiratori then appears and carries Seiran out. Conan figures "Shiratori" was actually Kid in disguise. In the end, Conan is about to confess to Ran that he's Shinichi, but then Kid comes, disguised as Shinichi, and distracts Ran. The Phantom Thief then disappears in a flurry of pigeons.

Plot
The Fourteenth Target opens with Inspector Megure being shot with a crossbow. A paper mache knife and a King from a deck of cards are found at the scene. Then, Eva Kadan receives a box of chocolates and is poisoned by them. Again, there is a Queen from the deck and a paper mache flower. The next day Dr. Agasa is also shot with a crossbow by a motorist and leaves behind a mache sceptre and a Jack from a deck of cards. Conan soon realize that the paper mache objects correspond to what the card figure is holding on the card left behind. Soon, it is found out that each victim is represented by a regular playing card. The order of the attacks starts from the highest card, the King, and goes down in order. Victims of face cards "clues" are objects that are being held in the playing card. Victims of non-face cards are represented by the playing card itself.
Realizing this, Richard and Conan try and find out the next targets and save them. Near the end, the family is invited to the Hotel Tycoon, but the building explodes and water rushes inside. Rachel almost dies when a car is stuck on her leg, but Conan saves her. Conan realizes that the criminal is Kevin Simms explains everything from his voice-changing tie. Hearing all this, Simms takes Rachel hostage and makes a run for it. He leads them to the roof of the collapsing hotel where a helicopter has been called in. Kevin Simms demands Santos' gun for Rachel's safety and demands Conan to deliver him the gun. Conan takes the gun but instead fires, grazing Rachel's leg, making it very difficult for him to use the hostage. He drops Rachel, and Richard and Santos run and tackle him. The helicopter lands and takes them all to safety and Simms is arrested for his crimes.
